Considering the headquarters’ guideline of localization, Tasly Zambia has been active in developing local human resources and hunting for talents, and so far has employed 2 foreign marketing staffers. The native employees have directly taken part in and organized marketing events and training seminars, sacrificing themselves for marketing localization while undertaking considerable tasks for their Chinese counterparts.
Sam, a black marketing staffer who has worked for the firm for a long time, gradually became familiar with the daily routines in the past two years and gained 3 promotions from Warehouse Keeper to Admin Assistant, then Training Manager, and finally Assistant to General Manager. In the whole process he has always worked vigorously and enthusiastically. Sam is now in charge of development and maintenance of the MLM network in Eastern and Luapula provinces.

David, the other black employee who has worked for the firm not so long as a pharmacist, has begun to be involved in some marketing assignments. He is currently responsible for developing the MLM network in Southern and Western provinces and assisting distributors.

As the Tasly Business flourishes locally, Tasly Zambia will localize its staff to the maximal degree while controlling operational risks and reduce daily operating costs while improve service for the MLM network to lay solid foundation for its steady growth in the long run.
