Dec. 1 --- Ceremony for Employment of Dr. Yan Xijun as MBA Teacher Counselor of Nankai University and Academic Report Conference” was held in the Commerce College of Nankai University. The Head and Assistant Dean of the Commerce College Professor Li Wei’an and Xue Youzhi , Chairman of Tasly Group Dr. Yan Xijun and the HR Director Zhang Liang attended the conference. Hundreds of Nankai’s students listened to Dr. Yan’s report.
At the meeting, the Head Li Wei’an awarded the Letter of Appointment to Dr. Yan and expressed his gratitude to Dr. Yan to accept the invitation. After the awarding ceremony, Dr. Yan made a report named “Creation ? Innovation? Development”. Dr. Yan illustrated experiences and feelings in terms of passion, dream, difficulty and choice through foundation, innovation and development of Tasly Group. The passionate speech won lot of applause from Nankai students.
During the meeting, Dr. Yan and professor Li exchanged their views on enterprise collective management, training of talents for reserve, construction of practical training base of Nankai University in Tasly Group and application to the Education Ministry to open relevant courses about Tasly project. Both of them believe that the cooperation between Nankai University and Tasly Group which is the innovated measure in terms of training of high-level talents with practical skills complies to education system reformation of the government and will provide more practical experiences and more development opportunities to the students.
